Individuals, Couples and Family Therapy

Barbara Nadalini Priesnitz, LPC-S is a licensed clinical psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Sessions are available in person (in North-Central Austin, Texas) and online (Zoom) for adults and older adolescents. While she is not in-network with any insurance, there is a need-based sliding scale pricing model available.

Barbara has been licensed in Austin, Texas since 2013, with post-graduate training in clinical hypnosis through the Erickson Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. The Erickson Institute only trains professionals with at least a Master’s degree in a healthcare related field.

Barbara’s theoretical approach encompasses existential, humanistic, constructivist, attachment-focused and cognitive-behavioral positions, with special interest in parts-theory (IFS-adjacent), meditation and spirituality. She also has deep personal and professional experience working with end-of-life and grief related challenges.

Alternative and Experiential Therapies

Barbara also works with clients who are interested in alternative and experiential modalities, including past life regression and vibro-acoustic therapy.

Barbara was trained by Dr. Brian Weiss in Past Life Regression Therapy (2015 at the Omega Institute), and has performed more than 650 past life regressions. Dr. Weiss is the author of Many Lives, Many Masters. Past Life Regression has therapeutic value even for clients who are unsure about their spiritual beliefs.

Barbara works with sound and vibration, offering a Bio-Harmonic Technology Vibro-Acoustic table which has many well-researched benefits. The VIBE table assists clients in relaxation, and is a game changer for individuals who have had trouble getting into a deep trance in the past.

She holds multiple certifications through the Academy of Sound Healing, and offers sound bath meditations in her group studio on Weekends.
